NOTE: Flights are operated on the basis of shared-cost flights in accordance with (EU) No. 965/2012 as amended by (EU) No. 379/2014

1. Flight date reservation: contact us by phone at: +421948475506, or by e-mail: fly@up2sky.aero and arrange your appointment. We recommend booking your appointment at least 14 days in advance to ensure that the appointment is available.
2. The company or pilot reserve the right to cancel the flight even on the booked flight date due to changes in weather conditions or other unforeseen situations (airport operations, illness, aircraft malfunction). In the event of adverse weather, the reservation will be moved to a new date that suits you.
3. The duration of the adventure flight begins with the engine starting and ends with the engine turning off.
4. People from the age of 5 can fly by plane when accompanied by an adult.
5. Persons aged 16 and over may fly unaccompanied by an adult with the consent of a legal guardian (under 18 years of age, written consent of a legal guardian is required).
6. The maximum passenger height can be 200 cm and the maximum weight of 3 passengers together is approximately 250 kg (after agreement with the pilot).
7. Persons with heart disease, high or low blood pressure problems, poor blood clotting, diabetes, epilepsy, mental disorders or addictions should consult their doctor about the suitability of flying.
8. The service provider reserves the right to refuse an applicant if they are suspected of using alcohol or other narcotics.
9. With a group of several people, only one person can pilot – the passenger sitting in front of the pilot. If you are interested in piloting, you must inform the pilot of your request in advance before the flight.
10. Flight time begins when the aircraft engine is started and ends when the aircraft engine is turned off.
