Bring this voucher with you to the airport on the day of your flight, either electronically or in paper form. Please remember that when purchasing adventure flight through our website you get a voucher with unlimited validity. This means that you can use your voucher for an adventure flight, for example, in two years. No one will limit you by its expiration date.
So, if you have already booked and paid for your flight and want to redeem your voucher, you need to call us at 0905 564 744 and 0948 475 506 or email fly@up2sky.aero contact. We recommend that you contact us at least 7-10 days before your preferred flight date. Why? We only operate a certain number of experience flights each day. This is due to the fixed operating hours at the airport.
To avoid missing the date, it is better to call well in advance to be sure that you will get your date. Yes, it also happens that there are fewer flights on some days and the reservation can be successfully made even at the last minute. But certainty is certainty. Especially in cases where it is a birthday present and you want to fly away on your birthday. Or you are planning a vacation and you are only in the Tatras for a certain number of days. Along with accommodation, book your flight date right away.
Unfortunately, sometimes things happen that we humans cannot control. Weather is one of those things that we have no control over. In the event of adverse weather conditions such as severe storms, very low cloud cover, snowfall and very strong winds, we will call you and arrange an alternative date that suits you.
